Essential Job Functions:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in US Recruitment
- Sound Experience working on Corp-to-Corp requirements
- Sound Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp.
- Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions
- Expertise in recruiting H1B consultants Citizens, EADs, and Green Card Holders
- Should handle full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing profiles, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
